Refund Policy at OGC Roorkee

At OM Bio Sciences & Management College, we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund policy for all our students. Before securing admission, it is essential that you thoroughly review and understand the college rules and regulations. Our refund policy ensures that students can request a cancellation if genuine circumstances arise, while also ensuring fairness for both the student and the institution.

Cancellation of Admission

  • Satisfaction Before Admission: We strongly encourage all prospective students to carefully read and understand the college’s rules, regulations, and program details before confirming their admission. By proceeding with the admission, you acknowledge that you are fully satisfied with the terms and conditions.

  • Application for Cancellation: If, for any unavoidable reasons, you wish to cancel your admission, you must submit a written application to the admission cell within 10 days of your admission date. Requests for cancellation received after this period will not be considered.

Refund Process

  • Genuine Cancellation Requests: In case of genuine reasons for cancellation, the refund will be processed after deducting the registration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the student.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: The registration fee is non-refundable as per the college’s policy, regardless of whether the admission is canceled within the specified period.

  • Refund Processing: The refund process will begin once the cancellation request is approved, and the deducted amount is confirmed. The remaining refund amount will be processed through the same payment method used for the admission fee, unless otherwise specified.
