Om Group of Colleges (OGC) was established in 2007 with the aim of providing world class higher education with a clear vision for tomorrow future along with the Project Based Learning (PBL) and innovative pedagogy. We offer Postgraduate Program (PG) in MBA and Undergraduate Program in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Ayurveda (BAMS) and GNM & Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) and Diploma in Engineering (EE, CSE, ECE,ME CIVIL) with the aim to develop qualified skilled professionals with a high degree of integrity and ethical standards.

Uttarakhand: Land of the Gods and Nature's Splendor

Uttarakhand (उत्तराखंड) previously known as Uttaranchal, is a state in northern India. Because of the numerous sacred Hindu temples and pilgrimage sites spread out over the state, Devbhoomi Uttarakhand (देवभूमि) is frequently referred to as the “Land of the Gods.” The four holiest Hindu pilgrimages in India are known as Char Dham, and they are located in the state of Uttarakhand, in the Indian Himalayas. Known together as the Char Dham (four pilgrimage centers) of Hinduism, Yamunotri, Gangotri, Sri Kedarnathji, and Sri Badrinathji are significant Hindu shrines and the hub of religious activity in northern India. Devotees of Hinduism have long visited these, as they are the most significant Hindu pilgrimage sites. Yamunatri, the Yamuna river’s source and the seat of Goddess Yamuna; Gangotri.

Roorkee: Engineering Hub and Gateway to the Himalayas

Roorkee, home to IIT Roorkee, is a global leader in engineering and education. Known for its rich history, it serves as the base for the Bengal Sappers and is surrounded by the tranquil Ganga Canal. Located near Haridwar, Roorkee provides an ideal environment for academic excellence and spiritual proximity to Uttarakhand’s holy sites. Roorkee is not only an academic hub but also holds historical significance. It serves as the headquarters of the Bengal Sappers, one of the oldest regiments in the Indian Army. This connection with the military adds to the city’s cultural heritage. Roorkee is also known for its proximity to the Ganga Canal, an engineering marvel that reflects the town’s legacy in hydraulic engineering.
